May 7, 2015 Opinion or Order Filing 31 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER. In light of the above considerations namely, the excessive number of hours devoted to the motions to dismiss, the associate-level work performed by a partner, and the inclusion of clerical work in the request for lega l fees the Court concludes that a fifteen-perfect reduction in fees is appropriate. See Toure v. Cent. Parking Sys. of N.Y., No. 05-CV-5237 (WHP), 2010 WL 1372589, at *2 (S.D.N.Y. Mar. 26, 2010) (observing that the "Court can reduce fees b y a reasonable amount without providing an item-by-item accounting." (internal quotation marks omitted)). Accordingly Defendants' counsel is awarded $52,116.48 in fees and $47.43 in costs for a total award of $52,163.91. (Signed by Judge Jesse M. Furman on 5/7/2015) (lmb)
March 5, 2015 Opinion or Order Filing 20 OPINION AND ORDER re: 14 MOTION to Dismiss Third Amended Complaint filed by Viumbe, LLC, Jobookit Holdings Ltd, Rafi Shkolnik. For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motion to dismiss is GRANTED and the Complaint is DISMISSED in its entirety. Further, Defendants' request for reasonable attorneys' fees is GRANTED. Defendants shall submit an application for reasonable fees, with supporting contemporaneous documentation, within two weeks of the date of this Opinion and Order. Plaintiff must submit any opposition within three weeks of the date of this Opinion and Order. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate Docket No. 14 and to close the case. SO ORDERED.
