The claims against Defendants Corizon Health Services, Dr. Parks, Alicia Nicholls, Marshall Tse, Nurse Assistant Thomas, Medical Director D r. Raul Ramon, Adetokunbo Odunbaku, George Aryeertev, Josue Rene, Iyiola Aiyeku, Sarah Ajabe, Ivor Bharat, Collete Dwyer, and Leon Scrimmager are dismissed without prejudice. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate the motions pending at Dkt. Nos . 87, 95. Plaintiff is granted leave to file an amended complaint, as set forth above, no later than thirty days from the date of this order.
