Filing 26 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: 12 MOTION to Dismiss . filed by Jopal Bronx, LLC, Workmen's Circle Center of the Bronx, Inc., Workmen's Circle Dialysis Center, Inc. For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motion to dismiss is granted with respect to Plaintiff's New York state law claim for negligent hiring and retention. Defendants' motion is denied in all other respects. This Memorandum Opinion and Order resolves Docket Entry Number 12. An initial pr etrial conference will be held in this matter on Friday, October 23, 2015, at 11:30 a.m. The parties are required to consult with each other in advance and prepare a joint preliminary pretrial statement one week in advance of this conference, in acco rdance with the Initial Conference Order (Docket Entry No. 5).
