August 18, 2016	Filing 33 OPINION ADOPTING REPORT & RECOMMENDATION re: 31 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION. The Court has reviewed the Report for clear error, and having found none, it adopts the Report in its entirety. It is thus ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall enter judg ment in favor of Plaintiff in the following amount: (i) damages in the amount of $750,000, representing Plaintiff's actual damages, trebled pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1l17(b); (ii) pre-judgment interest on such damages, from December 3 1, 2013, to the date of entry of judgment, at the interest rate referenced in 26 U.S.C. § 662l(a)(2); (iii) post-judgment interest on such damages, from the date of entry of judgment, at the interest rate referenced in 28 U.S.C. § 1961; (iv) attorneys' fees in the amount of $21,659.10; and (v) costs in the amount of $1,094.45.
