Filing 38 OPINION & ORDER re: 30 FIRST MOTION for Default Judgment as to Defendants Toy Amazon Corporation d/b/a www.Vending-USA.com and www.ezvending.net, Han When Kuo, and Yun Long Kuo a/k/a Johnson Kuo. filed by Rovio Entertainment, Ltd. F or the reasons set forth above, the Court hereby finds Toy Amazon and Yun Long Kuo liable for $2,700,000.00 plus post-judgment interest. Toy Amazon and Yun Long Kuo are permanently enjoined from further violating the copyrights and trademarks at issue in this case. Han When Kuo is dismissed due to lack of personal jurisdiction. At its option, Rovio may show cause not later than April 15, 2015 why such dismissal is inappropriate. Plaintiff shall serve a copy of this Order on the Toy Amazon defendants not later than May 1, 2015 and shall file proof of service on ECF. The Clerk of Court is directed to close the motion at ECF No. 30 and to terminate this action., Han When Kuo terminated. (Signed by Judge Katherine B. Forrest on 4/1/2015) (lmb) |
