MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: 28 MOTION for Sanctions filed by Anna Pelayo: For the foregoing reasons, Mr. Oluwasusi is sanctioned for his failure to comply with the Court's January 20, 2015 Order, and his discovery oblig ations more generally, and is ordered to reimburse Plaintiff for the reasonable costs, including attorney's fees, incurred in drafting the instant motion. (Docket No. 28). Accordingly, no later than April 3, 2015, Plaintiff shall submit an accounting of her fees and costs. Any response shall be filed by April 7, 2015.
