MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting 24 Motion to Dismiss. The Complaint, assuming the truth of its allegations, suggests that one or both plaintiffs were seriously damaged by tortious conduct of one or more defendants. That, however, is not sufficient t o state a federal RICO or RICO conspiracy claim. This Court's declination of supplemental jurisdiction assures that any timely and meritorious state law claim may be pursued in state court. Defendants motion to dismiss (Dkt. No. 24) is GRANTED.
