As Integra has not previously amended its Complaint and some claims are dismissed for failure to allege adequate factual matter, the Court sua sponte grants leave to amend, provided that any amended complaint must be filed within 21 days of the date of this opinion and order. See, e. g., Found. Ventures, LLC v. F2G, Ltd., No. 08-CV-10066, 2010 WL 3187294, at *11 (S.D.N.Y. Aug. 11, 2010). The Clerk of Court is directed to close the motion at Docket Number 13.
