March 17, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 45 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER. For the reasons stated above, Plaintiff's motion is DENIED without prejudice to renewal. Within two weeks of this Order, Plaintiff may show cause in writing why this Court retained jurisdiction to enforce the agreem ent when it approved the settlement. July 9, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 43 ORDER. On June 29, 2020, this Court ordered Defendants' former counsel to serve its Order on any remaining Defendants and to file proof of service on the public docket by July 6, 2020. Dkt. No. 42. As of the date of this Order, the Court has not received proof of service on the remaining defendants. June 29, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 42 ORDER: On April 28, 2020 the Court ordered Defendants to submit a response to Plaintiff's motion to enforce the settlement agreement by May 8, 2020, or the Court would deem it unopposed. See Dkt. No. 39. Defendants' former counsel s ubsequently responded that his representation ended upon approval of the settlement by the Court, but he was advised that the owner of the defendant business has since died and the defendant business has closed. Dkt. No. 40. Any remaining Defen dants shall respond to Plaintiffs motion by July 24, 2020. If the Court has not received a response by that date, it will deem Plaintiff's motion unopposed. Defendants' former counsel is ordered to serve this Order on any remaining Defendants and file proof of service on the public docket by July 6, 2020. SO ORDERED. ( Responses due by 7/24/2020.)
