MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting 13 Motion to Dismiss. For the reasons outlined above, defendants' motion to dismiss (Dkt. No. 13) is GRANTED. Counsel for defendant shall provide plaintiffs with copies of all unreported decisions cited herein. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment for the defendants and close the case. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and in forma pauperis status is denied. See Coppedge v.
