OPINION AND ORDER re: 32 MOTION to Dismiss filed by FedEx Ground Package System, Inc., 41 LETTER MOTION for Oral Argument addressed to Judge Edgardo Ramos from Michele L. Pahmer dated September 16, 2015 filed by FedEx Ground Package System, Inc. For the foregoing reasons, the Court GRANTS FedEx's motion to dismiss, without prejudice, as to the NYPHL §1399-ll and N.Y.
