I grant Plaintiff leave to amend the Complaint to include the City of New York as Defendant within thirty (30) days of issuance of this opinion. The parties are directed to appear for a post-discovery conference on March 1, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. in Courtroom 518 of the Thurgood Marshall United States Cour thouse, 40 Foley Square, New York, New York. The parties are further directed to submit a joint letter on or before February 22, 2018, setting forth proposed trial dates and anticipated length of trial.
