OPINION AND ORDER: Hudson presently seeks an order to compel arbitration of the claims asserted in the state court action pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act ("FAA"), 9 U.S.C. § 4. For the reasons discussed below, the petition is GRANTED. For the reasons set forth above, Hudson's motion to compel arbitration is GRANTED.
