December 17, 2015 Opinion or Order Filing 16 OPINION AND ORDER. For the reasons discussed above, the Commissioner's determination that Mayor was not disabled within the meaning of the Social Security Act is supported by substantial evidence. The Commissioner's motion for judgment on t he pleadings (Dkt. No. 14) is GRANTED and Mayor's motion for judgment on the pleadings (Dkt. No. 12) is DENIED.
