The Court has considered all of the parties remaining arguments. To the extent not specifically addressed above, they are either moot or without merit. For the f oregoing reasons, U.S. Banks motion to dismiss is granted in part and denied in part. The Clerk is directed to close Docket Nos. 11, 18, and 20. The Clerk of Court is directed to transfer this action forthwith to the District of Nevada. The transfer is on consent of the parties, and Local Rule 83.1, requiring a seven day stay of any order transferring venue, is waived.
