Filing 31 OPINION AND ORDER re: 18 MOTION to Dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint filed by Richard A. Martin, Esq., Orrick, Herrington Sutcliffe, LLP. For the reasons stated above, 1T IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Defendants' motion t o dismiss the Complaint with prejudice is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT Plaintiff must (1) file a written submission by April 1, 2016 and (2) appear for a hearing on April 22, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. in Courtroom 905 of the Thurgood Marshall Uni ted States Courthouse, 40 Foley Square, New York, New York, to show cause as to why the Court should not impose financial sanctions on him and require that he seek leave from the Court before making future filings. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to terminate the motion located at docket number 18 and to close this case. (As further set forth in this Opinion and Order.)
