February 18, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 14 ORDER: On February 14, 2020, the Second Circuit issued an order remanding this case. Dkt. 13. In light of this remand, within one week of the Circuit's issuance of a mandate, the Government is to submit a letter outlining its views as to the next steps for the case. May 5, 2015 Opinion or Order Filing 11 OPINION & ORDER: Accordingly, the Court grants Cruzeta-Bueno's petition for a writ of habeas corpus. If DHS wishes to continue detaining Cruzeta-Bueno during his removal proceedings, it shall provide him with a bond hearing, consistent with $ 1226(a), by May 15, 2015.
