Filing 65 MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER re: 21 MOTION to Dismiss and To Strike, filed by Spring11 LLC. For the reasons stated above, Defendant's motion to strike is denied. Defendant's motion to dismiss is granted as to the Amend ed Complaint's claims for (1) copyright infringement, to the extent those claims are based on Springston's downloads using Arbor credentials; (2) violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act; (3) conversion; (4) misappropriation/unfa ir competition; and (5) fraud.
