MEMORANDUM & ORDER granting 20 Motion to Dismiss. For the foregoing reasons, Defendant's motion to dismiss Plaintiffs' ADA claim is granted without prejudice, and this Court declines supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiffs' Ne w York State Human Rights Law and New York City Human Rights Law claims.
