OPINION & ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, the Court (1) grants the intervenors' motions to intervene, (2) denies Delaware Trust's motion to remand the case to state court, and (3) grants Wilmington Trust's and the intervenor s' motions to transfer the case to the District of Delaware, from which it will be referred to the Delaware Bankruptcy Court.
