MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: 23 MOTION to Transfer Case [Notice of Motion to Transfer Venue Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. sec. 1404(a)], filed by Judge Technical Services, Inc., Citigroup, Inc. For the foregoing reasons, Defendants mo tion to transfer venue is granted.
