It is hereby ordered that attorney's fees is granted in the amount of $14,231.75. Upon receipt of this sum, counsel for plaintiff shall refund the previously-awarded Equal Access to Justice Act fees of $4,200.00 directly to the plaintiff. SO ORDERED.
