OPINION & ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, the Court finds that Plaintiff has failed to satisfy its burden on all of its claims. The Court GRANTS Defendant's request for a declaration that its MAISON JULES mark does not infringe the JOULES trademark (U.S. Trademark Registration No. 3,696,021).
