OPINION AND ORDER re: 30 MOTION to Dismiss filed by Chrysler Capital LLC. For the reasons stated above, Defendant Santander's motion to dismiss is GRANTED. Because it is not clear that granting Plaintiff leave to amend his Complaint wo uld be futile, the Complaint is dismissed without prejudice. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to terminate the motion, Doc. 30, and close the case. It is SO ORDERED. (As further set forth in this Order.)
