For the foregoing reasons, Plaintiff's motion for leave to file a Second Amended Complaint is denied. Plaintiff may file a motion for leave to file a second amended complaint no later than October 20, 2016. The motion must be accompanied by a copy of her proposed Second Amended Complaint. If Plaintiff does not file a motion for leave to amend by this deadline, this case may be dismissed with prejudice and closed without further advance notice. (As further set forth in this Order.)
