OPINION & ORDER re: 14 MOTION to Dismiss filed by Anthony Manuzza, Frederic Ortiz. For the foregoing reasons, the Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. 14) is GRANTED. If Plaintiff wishes to seek leave to file an Amended Complaint, he must make a motion for leave to amend his Complaint on or before October 14, 2016. Defendants must file a response to the motion on or before October 28, 2016, and Plaintiff's reply must be filed on or before November 4, 2016.
