OPINION AND ORDER re: 20 MOTION to Dismiss and Compel Arbitration to Plaintiff's Claim Under the Sarbanes Oxley Act for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed by Citigroup Inc., Citibank, N.A., Citigroup Global Markets, Inc., 38 MOTION Removal to Federal Court, filed by Erin Daly. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Plaintiff's Sarbanes-Oxley claim is DISMISSED and that Defendants' motion to compel arbitration is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT if either party wishes for thi s action to be stayed rather than dismissed, that party shall inform the Court no later than February 13, 2018.
