For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motion to dismiss is GRANTED. Pla intiff's motion for leave to amend is DENIED as moot. The Clerk of Court is directed to close the motions at Docket Numbers 9 and 22 and to close this case. Plaintiff may move to reopen this case if and when her conviction is vacated.
