OPINION AND ORDER re: 25 MOTION to Dismiss the Complaint filed by Cynthia Brann, Skupien, Bailey, Kisa Smalls. For all of the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motion to dismiss is GRANTED. Should Plaintiff wish to attempt to correct his deficient pleading and allege facts showing the personal knowledge and involvement of any Defendant, he shall do so by filing a Proposed Amended Complaint no later than November 5, 2018, which the Court will construe as a motion to f ile an amended complaint. If he does not do so, the case will be closed. The Clerk of Court is directed to close the motion at Docket Number 25, enter judgment in favor of Defendants, close the case and mail a copy of this Opinion and Order to pro se Plaintiff.
