But Goknur's wealth does not dictate whether Goknur should be deprived of representation. Accordingly, for the foregoing reasons, Goknur's motion is GRANTED and (1) the information subpoena and restraining n otice served on judgment debtor Goknur are quashed, and (2) the restraining notice served on Kaufman & Kahn, LLP, is modified to allow the firm to receive payment for legal services provided in connection with the instant motion and with any post-judgment discovery pursued by Townsend.
