OPINION AND ORDER: re: 13 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Koninklije Luchtvaart Maatschappij N.V. Based on the foregoing, plaintiffs have presented evidence from which a reasonable jury could find that Mr. Walsh's injury resulted from an accident that occurred during embarkation.
