OPINION AND ORDER re: 9 MOTION to Vacate 6 Default Judgment for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction filed by Nathaniel Grady, Judy Stanford. For the reasons stated above, Defendants' Motion is GRANTED and the default judgment entered on April 15, 2011, (Doc. 6), is VACATED.
