Mr. Pagan's Motion to Amend is GRANTED as to Dr. Shahid and DENIED as to Dr. Chiao. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to terminate this motion (Doc. 100). Mr. Pagan's Motion for Discovery Sanctions against Ms. Sullivan is DENIED. The Clerk of the Court is respec tfully directed to terminate this motion (Doc. 104). Mr. Pagan's Motion for Appointment of Pro Bono Counsel is DENIED without prejudice. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to terminate this motion (Doc. 114). It is SO ORDERED.
