OPINION & ORDER: Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment is granted. The Court orders that the Board shall, within thirty days of the date of this Order, grant the Application and issue the special use permit and such other permits or licenses which are necessary to effectuate the construction of the Facility that is the subject of this Action. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully requested to terminate the pending motion, enter judgment for Plaintiffs, and close the case. (See Dkt. No. 20.) SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Kenneth M.
