A.'s Office, Westchester County, NY, 32 MOTION to Dismiss filed by T he Town of Harrison, NY. For the foregoing reasons, the State, County, and Town Defendants' motions to dismiss are GRANTED. Plaintiff is hereby barred from asserting any new causes of action arising out of the underlying transactions or occurren ces at issue in the instant Complaint. The Clerk of Court is respectfully requested to terminate the motions at ECF Nos. 32, 37, and 42 and to close the case. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Opini on and Order would not be taken in good faith and, therefore, in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal.
