Filing 21 OPINION & ORDER re: 15 CROSS MOTION for Summary Judgment . filed by The Katonah-Lewisboro Central School District, 10 CROSS MOTION for Summary Judgment . filed by J.C., S.C. Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgmen t is granted and the District's Motion for Summary Judgment is denied. The Clerk of Court is respectfully requested to terminate the pending Motions. (Dkt. Nos. 10, 15.) Plaintiffs are to provide the Court, by letter, with a proposed judgment reflecting the amount of reimbursement to which they are entitled in light of the Court's decision, along with an affidavit substantiating the reimbursement amounts, within 14 days of this Opinion & Order. The District may respond within 14 da ys if it wishes to challenge the Plaintiffs' calculations. Plaintiffs are also to provide the Court with a submission detailing why they are entitled to attorneys' fees and an affidavit substantiating the amount of fees sought within 30 days of this Opinion & Order.
