OPINION AND ORDER re: 42 CROSS MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for GSR Mortgage Trust Loan Trust 2006-OAI, Specialized Loan Servicing LLC; 36 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Marion P.
