OPINION AND ORDER re: 76 MOTION to Dismiss plaintiff's amended complaint against defendant Merritt Environmental Consulting Corp. filed by Merritt Environmental Consulting Corp., 81 MOTION to Dismiss Amended Complaint filed by Lender Consulting Services, Inc. For the foregoing reasons, MECC's and LCS's motions to dismiss are GRANTED, and Great Divide's, Beazley's, and Crums motions are held in abeyance pending the correspondence described above.
