Panken. For the foregoing r easons, Panken's motion to quash is DENIED without prejudice and Plaintiff's cross-motion to compel is GRANTED. Panken is to comply with the Subpoena with regards to any information or documents that do not contain privileged communicati ons between Panken and his client. If Panken wishes to assert attorney-client privilege over certain documents, Panken may do so by submitting such documents to the Court along with a log of such documents by January 14, 2022 for in camera review.
