STIPULATION EXTENDING TIME TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the undersigned attorneys for the parties that the time within which Defendants, Watermark Contractors Inc., Kevin Maher, and Hugh Harris ("Defendants"), may answer, move, or otherwise respond to the Complaint is hereby extended up to and including April 30, 2021. No provision of this Stipulation shall be construed as a waiver of, and Defendants expressly reserve, any and all defenses with the exception of any and all defenses related to service of process which Defendants expressly agree to waive herein. There has been no previous request for an extension of time in connection with this matter.
