ORDER denying 19 Motion to Vacate; directing Lettieri to show cause within 14 days of the date of this order why he should not be barred from filing pro se any new motions, papers or documents of any kind, except notices of appeal, in all pending and closed cases in this District for a period of one year and that if Lettieri does not show cause within 14 days of the date of this order, the Court will issue an order imposing a filing injunction as set forth in this order without further explanation.
