Filing 59 DECISION AND ORDER: For the reasons stated, the 42 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings filed by the County and Wilczak is GRANTED IN PART, Pennington's 57 Motion for Default Judgment is DENIED, and the City's 58 Motion to Vacate the Clerk's Entry of Default is GRANTED. Per the terms of Judge Feldman's 55 Order, the parties are directed to contact him regarding further proceedings and the Clerk of Court is directed to remove the stay associated with this case.Addi tionally, the Court notes that the remaining causes of action are as follows: three causes of action against Paul, three causes of action against the City, and one cause of action under Section 1983 against Wilczak.
