March 25, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 50 DECISION & ORDER Defendants' motion for summary judgment 37 is granted in part and denied in part. The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment in favor of the County, Thompson, John Doe, Santelli, Nurse Lisa, Jane Doe and Crane. The following claims remain pending (1) Overstreet's Section 1983 Fourteenth Amendment claim for deliberate indifference against defendants Wilson, DeWind, and Miller; (2) her state law medical malpractice claim against Miller; and, (3) her state la w claims for negligent infliction of emotional distress, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence against Virts. Plaintiff is directed to comply with the Court's direction to supplement her expert notice as explained more fu lly herein at footnote 16.A trial date status conference will be held with the Hon.
