DECISION AND ORDER: Defendant Aguirre's motion for summary judgment 71 is GRANTED. The County Defendants' motion for summary judgment 76 is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. The Clerk of Court is directed to dismiss Livingston County , Sheriff Thomas J. Dougherty, Gail Yunker, Heather Braaten, and Dr. Richard F. Aguirre from this action. DECISION & ORDER Plaintiff's request for appointment of counsel 27 is granted. The Court hereby assigns Michael R. Wolford, Esq. and Laura A. Myers, Esq. of the Wolford Firm, LLP, 16 E. Main Street, Suite 600, Rochester, New York 14614, pro bono, to faithfully and diligently represent plaintiff in this case. The Clerk of the Court is directed to copy that portion of the file in this matter that is not currently available through PACER on the Court's Case Management/Electronic Case Management System and send it to Michael R. Wolford and Laura A. Myers, together with a copy of this order and the Guidelines Governing Reimbursement from the District Court Fund of Expenses Incurred by Court Appointed Counsel.
