March 13, 2014	Filing 94 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: it is hereby ORDERED that judgment will be entered for the plaintiff against the defendant under the doctrine of unjust enrichment in the sum of $317,002.44 which is the total rebate due for the ye ars of 2008 and 2009. The plaintiff is also awarded against the defendant prejudgment interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) per annum from the filing of plaintiffs complaint on November 18, 2011 to the date of judgment; and post-judgment interest against FIT to be calculated in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 1961.
