May 18, 2015 Opinion or Order Filing 16 MEMORANDUM OPINION: For the above mentioned reasons, the Court finds that none of Petitioners claims warrant issuance of a writ. Therefore, Petitioners petition for a writ of habeas corpus [Doc. 2] will be DENIED and DISMISSED. The Court must consider whether to issue a Certificate of Appealability (COA), should Petitioner file a notice of appeal.
