September 28, 2015	Filing 25 MEMORANDUM OPINION: Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis reflects that he has a zero (0) balance in his inmate trust account [Doc. 6-1], but it remains that, as a prisoner, he is responsible for paying the f iling fee. Thus, his application is GRANTED [Doc. 4 ], but he is ASSESSED the full filing fee of three-hundred, fifty dollars ($350.00). The Clerk is DIRECTED to send a copy of this Memorandum and Order to the Sheriff of Sullivan County, Ten nessee, to ensure that the custodian of Plaintiff's inmate trust account complies with that portion of the Prison Litigation Reform Act ("PLRA") relating to payment of the filing fee. The Clerk is further DIRECTED to forward a copy of the Memorandum and Order to the Court's financial deputy. Based on the above discussion, the Court finds that Plaintiff's contentions fail to state §1983 claims against any of the Defendants. Therefore, this case will be DISMISSED sua sponte in its entirely against all named Defendants. Signed by District Judge Thomas W Phillips on 9/28/15.
