Filing 6 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915, the plaintiff is allowed to proceed in this action without the prepayment of costs or fees or security therefor. The Clerk is DIRECTED to send the plaintiff a service packet (a blank summons and USM 285 form) for defendants Tommy Large and Armando Fontes. The Cocke County Sheriff's Department is not a suable entity within the meaning of 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and it is DISMISSED from this action. Cocke County, Ten nessee, is DISMISSED from this action. The plaintiff is ORDERED to complete the service packets for defendants Tommy Large and Armando Fontes and return them to the Clerk's Office within twenty (20) days of the date of receipt of this Memorand um and Order. The motion for medical care 4 is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE as MOOT. The Clerk is DIRECTED to send a copy of this Memorandum and Order to the Sheriff of Jefferson County, Tennessee, and the county attorney for Jefferson County, Tenne ssee, to ensure that the custodian of the plaintiff's inmate trust account complies with that portion of the Prison Litigation Reform Act relating to payment of the filing fee. The Clerk is further DIRECTED to forward a copy of this Memorandum and Order to the Court's financial deputy. (c/m to Plaintiff along with service packet. Copy mailed to Sheriff of Jeff.
