Filing 3 MEMORANDUM AND OPINION, the Clerk is DIRECTED to file this action without the prepayment of costs or fees or security therefor as of the date the complaint was received. At the outset, the Court notes that the State of Tennessee i s not a suable entity under § 1983 and it is DISMISSED from this action. Plaintiff will have 20 days from the date hereof to amend his complaint to state exactly how his constitutional rights were violated and the specific defendant or defend ants who violated his constitutional rights.
