ORDER: The Magistrate Judge was advised that Judge Sharp was in the process of transferring the case to Chief Judge Haynes. That has now been done (Docket Entry #20 ). Chief Judge Haynes normally enters his own case management orders, therefore the Magistrate Judge will not enter the proposed initial case management order (Docket Entry 19) discussed with the parties. However, the Magistrate Judge does believe that the dates suggested are reasonable for use in the scheduling order to be entered by Chief Judge Haynes. Since Chief Judge Haynes normally does his own case management, absent further order from Chief Judge Haynes, the Clerk is DIRECTED to term the referral to the undersigned. It is so ORDERED.
